It’s organized into twelve months, each with its own theme, and includes four prompts per month. You can choose to work through one prompt each week or complete all of them in one sitting, adding to your thoughts and findings for deeper exploration throughout the month. Some prompts have associated exercises to help you dive further into the themes.
